About This Course
Unfair treatment in the workplace may take many forms. But discrimination in the legal profession, amongst colleagues with an intimate understanding of the legal consequences of such action, can seem particularly egregious. Whether because of race, religion, gender or other issues, the determination of legal action is defined by specific parameters.
This CLE course will explain what does and does not constitute bias, the categories of discrimination that are protected, the concepts of quid pro quo and hostile work environments, tangible employment decisions that are legally actionable including examples of such incidences as well as the ramifications of retaliatory action by co-workers.
