Britney Beall-Eder, Esq.
Britney Beall-Eder is an attorney with the firm of Castle, Meinhold & Stawiarski, LLC. Ms. Beall-Eder is the lead attorney in the Bankruptcy Department of the firm and also practices in the Litigation and Foreclosure Departments. She earned a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a J.D. degree from the University of Denver, where she was a senior staff editor on the Denver University Law Review. Ms. Beall-Eder is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, and sits on the Bankruptcy Committee and Publications Committee of the USFN.
Caren Jacobs Castle, Esq.
Caren Jacobs Castle, of Castle, Meinhold & Stawiarski, LLC, is licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and California. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Ms. Castle received her B.S. degree, cum laude, from Occidental College in Los Angeles and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law. Prior to becoming associated with Castle, Meinhold & Stawiarski, LLC, she maintained a general corporate, commercial, banking and real estate practice; however, during the last 20 years, she has limited her practice to mortgage servicing issues. Ms. Castle has spoken extensively to mortgage bankers across the country on such issues as foreclosures, title claims, the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and loss mitigation.
Alan D. Sweetbaum, Esq.
Alan D. Sweetbaum is a partner in the Denver law firm of Fisher, Sweetbaum, Levin & Sands, P.C. He received his B.A. degree from Syracuse University and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Mr. Sweetbaum has practiced for 21 years primarily in the areas of real estate and real estate litigation. His practice includes lease litigation, construction litigation, title claims litigation and condominium litigation. Mr. Sweetbaum can be heard as both host and guest on numerous radio programs. He has lectured frequently on subjects including commercial litigations, foreclosures, receiverships, evictions, title insurance and other real estate matters
