*These courses have been approved for all NY attorneys including newly admitted attorneys (Transitional and Non-Transitional). The October 3rd 2019 session has been approved for 3.5 NY CLE credits (2.5 areas of professional practice and 1 diversity and inclusion) and 3.5 NJ CLE credits. Please note: This session includes 1 hour of diversity and inclusion which is not applicable to newly admitted attorneys in NY. New Admits will earn a total of 2.5 prof practice credits for attending Thursday’s session. The October 6, 2019 session is approved for 2.5 NY CLE credits (areas of professional practice) and 2.5 NJ CLE credits. NACLE will try to accommodate requests for CLE credit in your state. If you need credit in other states you must contact NACLE prior to the event. Attorneys may be eligible to receive CLE credit through reciprocity or attorney self-submission in other states.
