CLE Rules For:
Credits that Texas Attorneys Can Earn From National Academy:The National Academy of CLE is designated as an "Accredited Sponsor" by the State Bar of Texas. Texas attorneys may fulfill all 15 CLE credits with the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education.
All programs offered by NACLE are approved by the State Bar of Texas and are therefore considered “Accredited CLE” activities. Texas Attorneys may fulfill all 15 hours with Online, Audio CD’s, CD-ROM’s or DVD’s. Your Texas MCLE compliance year is a one-year period that begins on the first day of the month you were born. It ends one year later on the last day of the month that precedes your birth month. Each attorney has an automatic grace period, the end of his or her birth month, in which to complete and report MCLE hours for that compliance year. All your Texas CLE must be completed and reported (received by the MCLE Director) by the last day of the birth month in order to avoid a non-compliance penalty fee.
