TN CLE Requirements

Total CLE Requirements:

15 credit hours every year of which 3 hours in area of ethics. Eight credit hours can be satisfied through NACLE distance learning program.

Accreditation Info

National Academy of Continuing Legal Education is approved by the Tennessee Commission on CLE and Specialization to provide distance learning CLE courses in the state of Tennessee. You can find us in the provider drop down on the Tennessee CLE Commission website course search at http://www.cletn.com/CourseAdvancedSearch.aspx

Tennessee Attorneys must complete 15 credits including 3 ethics credits per compliance period. Attorneys may earn 8 CLE credit hours including 3 Legal Ethics credits using our Online and CD-Rom media formats. Attorneys may carry over 15 credits for a period of 12 months. The compliance period begins on January 1st and ends on Dec 31st. The deadline for reporting is March 1st.
