Gerald D. Pratt is a trial attorney with McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C., in Englewood. He obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Over the last 26 years, Mr. Pratt has represented numerous individuals in both civil and criminal matters, as well as several businesses and insurance companies. He has handled cases involving professional negligence, products liability, insurance bad faith, personal injury, criminal defense, construction claims and commercial litigation. Mr. Pratt is a member of the CBA Lawyer’s Professional Liability Committee. He has been a member of the CBA Ethics Committee since 1984 and served as its chairman from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Pratt has lectured and published numerous articles on litigation issues and legal ethics.
Brian R. Reynolds, Esq.
Brian R. Reynolds is a trial lawyer with the Denver law firm Fleishman & Shapiro P.C. He handles a broad spectrum of trials and appeals with substantive experience in professional liability, legal ethics, business litigation and tort litigation. Mr. Reynolds was second chair in the federal jury trial Bass v. Richards, which was selected by the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association as its Case of the Year in 2006. Mr. Reynolds received his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver, and is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s trial skills program.

He received a B.A. degree in history from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and a J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. Mr. Rothrock practices in the areas of legal ethics and the law of practicing law. He is the author of the book Essays on Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct in Colorado (Continuing Legal Education of Colorado, Inc., 2003) and a former chair of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee.
