Accreditation and CLE Rules for Nevada
All courses offered by the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education have been directly approved by the Nevada Board of CLE. Audio, Video and Online programs are considered an “alternate format”. All 12 credits, including 2 ethics or professional responsibility credits, may be earned with National Academy of Continuing Legal Education under the alternate format rule. Attorneys must self-report completion of CLE. The Certificate of Completion issued by National Academy of CLE may be used to verify attendance.
Nevada attorneys may carryover up to 24 credits (20 general + 4 ethics/professional conduct) from one year to the next 2 calendar years.
