Description

The first part of this four part series, The Consequences of Ineffective Writing deals with writing effectively, clearly and unambiguously to save your clients’ money, time, and litigation. Part two, Confidentiality in the New Millennium, instructs attorneys about inadvertent disclosure of client information. The third part of this ethics course discusses the limits of paralegal authority and how to most effectively use legal assistants without creating unauthorized practice of law problems. Finally, Professor Davis explores the ethics of negotiation. She examines how ethical behavior can help you to negotiate the best deal for your client.
