CLE Rules For:

Credits that Georgia Attorneys Can Earn From National Academy:

Georgia attorneys may purchase lectures from the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education. Courses need to be submitted directly to the State Bar of Georgia for CLE credit. NACLE guarantees full refund should any course not be approved by State Bar of Georgia. Please note: The State Bar of Georgia charges a course fee of $5 per credit hour which is the responsibility of each attorney.

Up to six (6) CLE hours may be earned by an attorney in a calendar year through NACLE's self-study programs.

A maximum of 12 total CLE hours may be carried forward to the next calendar year. Up to six (6) hours of self-study credit may be carried forward for the next calendar year or carried back to the previous year.

Accepted CLE Formats: Audio, Video and Online programs only count for self-study credits.
