The current real estate crisis has led to a drastic increase in foreclosures. This CLE seminar will provide you with everything you need to know in the event of a foreclosure or repossession in Illinois. This course will explore the relationship between bankruptcy law and foreclosures and repossession, outline the specific and relevant procedures with regards to redemption, deficiency judgment cases, bankruptcy clients and much more.
