This lecture uses a divorce case as a backdrop for discussing the intricacies involved in Wire Tapping law. Lecturer BiosItamar J. YegerItamar J. Yeger graduated from Brooklyn Law School in August 1994. He immediately began working as an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County (Brooklyn) District Attorney. Joining the Appeals Bureau, Itamar spent his time honing his appellate and legal writing skills. After leaving the District Attorney, Itamar assisted other attorneys with their legal research and writing. During this period, he summarized an 8,000-page transcript from a criminal RICO case and drafted the motion to dismiss. Itamar joined Lawfinders and for one year honed his appellate and motion writing skills. He assisted attorneys in fields such as bankruptcy, insurance, contracts, torts, and criminal matters. Until recently, Itamar worked for Tratner and Molloy, a small firm in New York City that primarily practiced in the employment and real estate areas.
