Mr. Stein is a Member of the Bar of the State of New York, The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, The United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for New Jersey. Mr. Stein has been conducting trials, both jury and non-jury for a decade, and has briefed and argued cases before the various appellate courts even longer. Mr. Stein attended the Benjamin N.
