This includes representation of clients in actions pending before agencies in administrative hearings, in New York City Civil Court, Nassau County District Court, State Supreme Court, the United States District Courts in both New York and New Jersey, The Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the various Appellate Divisions of the New York Supreme Court, and the New York State Court of Appeals. Mr. Stein is a Member of the Bar of the State of New York, The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, The United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for New Jersey. Mr. Stein has been conducting trials, both jury and non-jury for a decade, and has briefed and argued cases before the various appellate courts even longer. Mr. Stein attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1981 in the top 20% of his class. |
