Michael P. Miglino is a graduate of Fordham University and St. John’s University of Law. He is the past president of TIRSA, the Title Insurance Rate Service Association, and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Land Title Association and the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association. Mike has also been a speaker at a number of Bar Association and Title Insurance Seminars.
