The set up for this course is a hypothetical company in which the founders come to your law office to discuss their idea of starting Music Phone, a business that distributes music to mobile phones. This lecture will take you through the "issue triage", company organization, relevant contracts, intellectual property rights and problems, and ethical issues.

In addition, Steve has written business plans, helped organize, get funded and served on the board of a variety of companies, which created innovative new business models in the entertainment, music and information technology sectors.

Steve received his J.D. from American University in Washington, DC and is a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars. Prior to founding Masur & Associates, LLC, Steve was an attorney at Sabin, Bermant & Gould in New York practicing in the cable TV and corporate areas.
