The presentation covers all aspects of the process from the initial stages between the factoring companies seeking to purchase future payments and the annuitants seeking to sell such payments through the final stages of the judicial approval. Lecturer Bio

John S. Pokalsky, Esq.

John S. Pokalsky was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1987 and has maintained law offices in downtown Manhattan since 1988. His practice concentrates on civil matters including the area of structured settlement transfers. Mr. Pokalsky graduated from Rutgers College with a B.S. in Political Science in 1983 and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1986.
