Description

Running a business successfully has many challenges. To ensure the viability of a business it is important to consider everything from operations and sales to staff to taxes and market share. But looking into the long term, the viability of a business is contingent on Business Continuation Planning. This seminar addresses how to plan for the long-term future of a business and the key role the advisors, particularly the attorney play in planning a legacy for a business in the face of a tragic event.
